Moving to Rimrock AZ? Creekside Homes & Views Near Camp Verde

[00:00:00] All right. Rimrock again today. Let's take a look. Isn't this just gorgeous? I mean, this is like coming down, uh, and we're gonna be down by the water. So we're going down, but we are hopefully going to be going up and I can give you a taste of the amazing mountain views that really, along with the fact that part of living here you get...

You could buy a house that has lawns, water, um, a really good producing well, um-

This area right here, there's a creek that goes through here. There used to be a golf course down here in, uh, Rimrock, which is no longer here, but, um, there's a lot of homes built around the golf course that are just darling. [00:01:00] Older homes, but very well-maintained. Is this just beautiful driving through here?

This is, this is Rimrock. Again, we have water. Not all of, um, Arizona is desert. Cottonwood, desert. Rimrock and Camp Verde, not so much. They have water, and it's awesome to drive through here and see all of the big trees. And it's just, I love it. I love it. So now we're gonna start buil- driving up the mountain Because the views are phenomenal, so bear with me Okay, so now we are climbing up, wiggling our way up the mountain, and when I get up there, I am going to show you the amazing views This is what I mean by amazing views [00:02:00] And the higher up you go, the better views you get

But I just love this. I mean, you can see for miles and miles and miles. I love that. I absolutely love that you can see so far. Now, you can see out there, way out there, the cars moving, that's the I-17 We're gonna continue and as you'll see, there's a number of homes here. All of them have beautiful views

Homes on both sides Show that. But, um, one of the things on this road is [00:03:00] people building so that they have views. I mean, so that they can truly enjoy the views. Oh my gosh, I have to stop again and show you the views, 'cause this is phenomenal. Just gets me so excited. I know I hate... I am just all about the views, let me tell you.

It's part of what makes Camp Verde so appealing is people come for the privacy, for the quiet And for the views. Okay, I'm gonna step out and give you another view shot here Again, the views. This is why people live here in Camp Verde because it is so gorgeous. I mean If you want to live [00:04:00] someplace where there's views, definitely consider Rimrock.

You can get a home up here, and it's about... I'll look here really quick, but it's, it's not too far. It's less than probably eight miles to Camp Verde. We can do some basic, um... Sorry, I'm trying to wait for it to, it, to, to zoom in here, focus. Um-

But it's about eight miles to Camp Verde, probably not even that far, and then you can do your basic shopping there
