Many of my clients are either Veterans or active-duty military. This is one of the biggest investments most people make, and I believe in treating this investment as if it were my own money. I work diligently to market my sellers’ private home or investment properties through aggressive marketing and negotiations. Besides being a Realtor I also own investment properties from long-term to short-term vacation rentals. I understand the needs and requirements of investment properties. I can explain the local rental market and direct my clients from a place of personal knowledge and wisdom. My goal is to be a Community Market Leader.

I moved to Arizona to escape the bitter Midwest winters. My partner and I enjoy Harleys and classic cars. We have homes in both Prescott, Sedona and the Phoenix area. We are animal lovers and have several rescue pets. We have family in Mexico so travel there often to spend time with them, as family is very important to us. I enjoy relaxing with family and friends when I’m not working and have found many of my clients have become my friends and feel like extended family.
